SOURCING

Finding suppliers and manufacturers

We find the right manufacturer or supplier for you worldwide — based on your product, specification, quantities and budget.

Start from anywhere: photo · link · specification · idea

The service

You define what you need.
We find who can make it.

Supplier sourcing is much more than a Google search. We find manufacturers and suppliers that fit your product, vet them in depth and present you with a short, reasoned list — so the decision is based on information, not promises.

  1. 01

    We define the need

Product, specification, quantities, target price and timeline — even if all you have right now is a photo or an idea.

  2. 02

    We search and filter

We search several channels in parallel and drop suppliers that don't meet the requirements.

  3. 03

    We vet and compare

Supplier checks, samples and terms — then an organized comparison that lets you decide.

The deliverable: a shortlist of 3–5 vetted suppliers — with a comparison and a recommendation.

Retailers and chains

Shelf products, private label and seasonal items — in quantities that suit you.

03

Kitchen equipment, serveware, disposables and hospitality products — including branding.

04

Factories and industry

Raw materials, components, spare parts and machines for the production line.

05

Startups and brands

From prototype to a first production run — with a manufacturer that fits the stage you're at.

Supplier vetting

What we check
before a supplier makes the list

Every supplier that reaches you has been screened across the same six areas. Anything that doesn't meet the requirements doesn't make it to the table.

  • Factory check

An on-site visit or a remote check: who stands behind the name, and what production actually looks like.

    • Company identity and business registration
    • Production lines and equipment
    • Quality control procedures
  • Samples

Checking samples against the specification — before any commitment to an order.

    • Match to specification and dimensions
    • Materials and finish
    • Packaging and labeling
  • Certificates and standards

Whether the supplier can provide the documents the product needs to enter Israel.

    • Relevant product certificates
    • Lab test reports
    • Compliance with import requirements
  • Production capacity

Whether the supplier can meet your quantities and timelines — today, and as you grow.

    • Minimum order quantity (MOQ)
    • Production lead times
    • Ability to scale volumes
  • Communication and availability

How the supplier responds, how fast and how clearly — even before the first order.

    • Availability and response speed
    • Clarity of technical answers
    • Transparency and willingness to share information
  • Price and terms

A real comparison: not just unit price, but everything that affects the final cost.

    • Price by quantity tiers
    • Payment terms
    • Delivery terms (Incoterms)

Sourcing channels

We search multiple channels — and deliver one list

Each channel brings a different type of supplier. Combining them is what makes it possible to find the right match, not just the first one.

  1. 01

    Directly with factories

Direct outreach to manufacturers — without unnecessary layers of intermediaries.

  2. 02

    Trade shows

Finding manufacturers, new products and trends at professional exhibitions.

  3. 03

    B2B platforms

Scanning and filtering suppliers on international trade platforms.

  4. 04

    Our network

Suppliers and contacts from previous projects who already know the requirements.

Screening, vetting and comparison

A shortlist of 3–5 recommended suppliers

The deliverable

What you get at the end of the process

Not a pile of links — a decision ready to make: a few suppliers, plenty of information, and a clear comparison between them.

  • A shortlist of 3–5 suppliers

Only suppliers that passed the checks, with contact details and a named contact person.

  • Comparison table

Price, minimum quantities, lead times, samples and terms — side by side.

  • Vetting summary for each supplier

What was checked, what was found and what needs attention before ordering.

  • Recommendation and next steps

A reasoned recommendation, with the option to continue with us to procurement and import.

No specification? No problem

Send a photo —
we'll find the manufacturer.

Saw a product at a trade show, at a competitor or on a website? You don't need to know what it's called or who makes it. A good photo is enough.

  1. 01

Snap a photo or send a link

A photo of the product, a screenshot or a link to a product page.

  2. 02

    We identify and search

We identify the product type and locate manufacturers that make a similar product.

  3. 03

    You get options

We come back with options, follow-up questions and an assessment of next steps.

FAQ

Questions about supplier sourcing

Didn't find an answer? Write to us and we'll get back to you.

Have a specific product in mind? Tell us about it and we'll check if and how we can help.

Ask us

The cost depends on the scope of the search and the complexity of the product. After a short introductory call you'll receive a clear proposal — before any work begins, and with no commitment.

It varies by product, specification and the need for samples. At the start of the process we'll agree on an estimated timeline together, and keep you updated along the way.

A photo, a link or a description of the product is enough. If you have a specification, estimated quantities and a target price, even better — but it's not required.

No. We search by product, not by country. Our recommendation is based on fit to the specification, quality, price and timelines.

Yes, and we recommend it. We'll arrange sample shipments with the suppliers and check them with you against the specification before any decision.

You can continue with us to the procurement and import stage — negotiation, ordering, quality control, shipping and customs — or take the supplier's details and carry on independently.
