It depends on the product and the manufacturer. Some products require a high minimum order quantity (MOQ) and others a lower one. Once we understand your requirement, we'll present the options and the relevant quantities.

It varies by product, production time and shipping method. It usually takes anywhere from a few weeks to a few months from request to delivery. For every order, you'll receive a detailed timeline estimate from us.

Before any commitment, you'll receive a detailed quote: product price, shipping costs, expected customs and taxes, and our service fee, so you know in advance what the goods will cost you delivered to your warehouse.

We work with a written specification and an approved sample before production, and where needed we run a quality inspection before shipping, including photo documentation, to catch problems before the goods leave.

We coordinate the process with the international freight forwarder and the customs broker, and check in advance whether the product requires standards approvals or licensing. You receive the goods cleared and ready for delivery.

Yes. We also support custom manufacturing and Private Label: branding, dedicated packaging and product modifications, depending on the manufacturer's capabilities and the quantities.

In most cases we recommend starting with samples. A small trial order is sometimes possible, depending on the manufacturer and the product, and we'll check this for you.
