The project story

From the challenge, through the solution, to the result

  1. The challenge

    The client wanted a Private Label product under their own brand, with no factory of their own and no existing supplier. We needed to find a manufacturer able to produce to the client's specification and branding, and make sure the product met expectations before ordering a run.

  2. The solution

    We found a factory with OEM capability, passed it the specification and branding files, and guided the sampling stage through to client approval. After approval, we managed the order, production tracking and shipment coordination.

  3. The result

    A first production run under the client's brand was delivered to Israel, with every step of the way, from specification to delivery, handled through a single partner.
