The project story
From the challenge, through the solution, to the result
The challenge
The factory was looking for a machine that would fit its existing production line — in size, capacity and electrical connections — and was wary of buying heavy equipment without seeing it in operation.
The solution
We compared several models against the factory's specification, requested operation videos using the client's product, and arranged an inspection before shipping, including a spare parts list.
The result
The machine arrived packed for sea freight, with technical documentation and spare parts, ready for installation on the line.
